Job title: Sales Order Processor
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mon-Fri
Were looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a market leading business supplying to the leisure industry. Youll be receiving inbound orders online or on the phone and entering onto the system to be despatched. Your duties will include:
Receiving orders from customers by phone, email and online store
Data entry of orders onto SAP system
Liaise closely with purchasing and sales departments
Resolve any customer queries
Requirements:
Previous experience of order processing or customer service administration
Excellent communication skills
Experience using SAP
