Our world leading clients who are based in Cambridge are now in the market for a Business Analyst to join their Finance team. The role is very varied and suit candidates who have a background in anlysing financial or accounting data. The role will typically include the following duties :

To ensure that all demands on data required for control and support of the business are met, wherever possible.

Run and distribute opportunity pipeline reports that enable the business to understand the coming opportunities.

Produce Ad hoc data reports, and be the person that people know they should come to for ad hoc reports.

Data cleansing as required, for example dates on opportunities

Graphical representation of key metrics

Key Proficiencies: MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP CRM, SAP ERP

Supporting the control of SAP CRM.

Sales territory maintenance, and ownership of the mapping tables.

Weekly and monthly reporting

Sales reporting and commission calculation and reporting.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience :

A background within an analytical role

Candidates with an excellent knowledge of SAP will be given priority

A good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel

An eye for detail and the ability to analyse data in many forms
