Remedy Recruitment Group are working with a local authority based in North West London to recruit an Occupational Therapist.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary Team within a social care setting to support young people with physical disabilities.

The role will involve providing specialist occupational therapy assessments for children and young people 14-25 years undergoing Transition to adulthood. Working with a client group with physical disabilities in accordance with the relevant legislation and the department eligibility criteria.

The role will also involve home visits to carry out assessments and reviews of the young people's functional needs and environmental difficulties.
