This is an exciting opportunity for a Time-Served Electrically Biased Maintenance Technician to join an established business on a weekend shift, 6am - 6pm £32500pa permanent position.

Purpose of the Role: To work with the maintenance department to ensure maximum efficiency of machines.

The shift pattern is Friday to Sunday 6am - 6pm (36hr per week)

You will be responsible for troubleshooting, investigating and practical maintenance and repair of machines to ensure maximum output within the manufacturing facility.

Areas of Responsibility:
Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician with an electrical bias.

Individuals would be particularly welcomed with experience gained in a fast moving manufacturing environment.
The successful individual will have to use their initiative in solving problems and identifying faults. Having the ability to pick up things quickly and participate within a team is essential.

The candidate will need to have completed at time-served apprenticeship or be qualified to City & Guilds/ONC/HNC level in the usual engineering fields with a minimum of 2-3 years additional practical experience in a manufacturing environment.

This is a permanent position with salary of £32,500 + overtime
