Development Surveyor
Permanent, Full-time
Northumberland

Development Surveyor required to join a well-established company based in Northumberland. My client is looking for an experienced Development Surveyor to join a fast-moving and dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the Development Surveyor you will be working with the team to support the delivery of acquisition and disposal strategy for both land and property. You will carry out varied duties as below:
Key responsibilities of the Development Surveyor
* Supporting in identifying and securing opportunities for new acquisitions, utilising a wide range of land, property and assets
* Maintaining appropriate records in line with financial implications, efficient management, cost control and income generation to maximise profit
* Contribute to budget management
* Developing relationships with stakeholders
* Establishing and maintaining an active network of professionals including estate management, investment, housing, planning, etc.

Required skills and experience of the Development Surveyor
* RICS Member
* Qualified to relevant degree level in surveying
* APC qualified
* Proven experience within a similar role, pariculary project management experience with acquisitions, procurement and contract management
* Up to date with relevant legislation
