Job Title: Carpenter

Location: Bury St Edmonds, Suffolk

Introduction:
My client provides total facilities management solutions to a number of industry sectors within both the private and public sectors throughout the majority of the UK. They are now recruiting for a Carpenter at their clients site in Bury St Edmonds.

£COMPETITIVE SALARY OFFERED, PLUS CALLOUT ALLOWANCE.

Carpenter Responsibilities:
- Carry out a variety of reactive and planned preventative carpentry maintenance tasks to the premises.
- Carry out other minor repairs such as plumbing, painting, re-glazing, changing locks, changing light bulbs etc.
- Be prepared to work as part of an on call rota, every 1 in 3 weeks.

Carpenter Requirements:
- The candidate will come from a carpentry background and will have proven maintenance experience.
- Hold a relevant carpentry qualification or time served apprenticeship.
- IT Literate.
- Please note due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will need to undergo DBS checks.
