Brook Street is recruiting for a number of HR Agents to join a busy Shared Service Operations Team in the Benton area of Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of services including handling customer queries, client management, data cleansing and undertaking various HR and Payroll related transactions and administrative tasks.
Immediate Start Temporary ongoing role : Initially 3 months with a view to be extended
Fantastic pay rate: £8.59 per hour
Full Time - Monday-Friday office hours

HR Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities
* Deliver the HR service to the highest quality for all customers.
* Undertake activities in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts - activities could include processing transactions, answering queries by telephone / email, or manning a customer enquiry telephone line.
* Learn the activities and understand parameters for discretionary decision making, to resolve problems in a customer-focused way, whilst complying with standard operating procedures.
* Support your colleagues at the client site, providing timely information to enable the effective delivery of the face to face services.
* Process transactions to the required standards for quality and quantity.
* Resolve queries and escalate as necessary.
* Liaise with internal and external clients.
* Schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis, ensuring daily plans are delivered.
* Work effectively and flexibly across teams, to ensure all key deliverables of the recruitment service are met.
* Maintain and update records accurately and in a timely manner.
