Planning Validations officer
Are you a Validations or planning support officer who is looking for a new assignment? A North East London Authority is currently looking to recruit for a validations/planning support officer for an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend.

The suitable candidate would be assisting in the planning support team, validation planning applications before being passed to the Development management officer for processing. You would need to have a good understanding of the planning process and be able to assist with a large work load of applications. There are various process that will be put in place to help you from validations officer to a planning officer with your own case loads.

The ideal candidate would be a Town planning Graduate or a candidate that has a current working knowledge of the town planning validations process.

The position would be for an initial 3 month period with a view to extend, Paying £15- £18 per hour.
