You will help this company achieve its target of doubling its turnover by demonstrating excellent consumer insight.

This is an exciting opportunity that will see you work with a business that set up and established this particular category.

In this role you will provide leadership in product performance programmes and initiate and lead consumer research projects within R&D, considering both existing and new technologies.

The projects undertaken are typically high complexity in terms of study design/methodology development/number of methods used. You will work across two to six projects simultaneously, or lead a programme of work and be comfortable managing this from start to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

* Drive product design to ensure that every element (recipe, pack, process, technology) works in synergy to deliver against the desired final consumer proposition. Consider feasibility, cost and risk associated with the executions
* Anticipate future questions and technical product and consumer experience insights and proactively suggest designs for new programmes of investigation and research
* Effective delivery of projects to time, cost and quality whilst working with and influencing key stakeholders
* Ability to interpret consumer research data and to provide key stakeholders with clear and actionable recommendations
* Manage relationships with consumer research agencies and internal partners
