Our client is a UKAS accredited consultancy providing a broad scope of asbestos and environmental services to clients nationwide. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to work on various contracts in and around the South Yorkshire area. Applications from Doncaster, Rotherham and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

The applicant must have attained the P402, P403 and P404 or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Must have significant experience of asbestos surveying and air-testing in the asbestos industry.
Possess good communication skills both written and verbal.
Will be fully conversant with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.

Key Role:

Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties - commercial and industrial.
Monitoring contractors on site and ensuring that they carry out the work out the work effectively and in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures.
Producing comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.
Liaising with our large client base on a regular basis.

Overall, the successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be a strong team player.
