My client is a leading social housing maintenance provider. They are currently looking to recruit a Gas Maintenance Planner/ Scheduler for both reactive and planned maintenance work within the East London / Essex area. My client works with some of London's biggest boroughs, with a work force in excess of 90 Engineers, they are in need of someone with experience working in fast paced and high volume environment.

The ideal Planner will have come from a Planning / Customer service background within the Gas Service industry. You must have some daily experience planning Engineer diaries, dealing with tenants and reporting works accurately. You will be taking calls both reactive and planned from a customer and client position scheduling work for Engineers to complete. You must have a high quality standard of work, my client takes pride in all of their contracts, the reason behind retaining their year on year re-newal of high profile London borough contracts.

Gas Service Planner Requirements: Please only apply if you have worked in this remit.

* Must have come from a Planner / Customer Service background
* Ideally have experience working within the Gas / Social housing industry
* Must have experience working both on a client and customer facing basis

Gas Service Planner Package:

* £22-24K
* Pension
* 24 Days Holiday
* Hours 8-5
