Service Coordinator
Based in Bedford
Salary up to £19,500

My client is looking for someone to join their scheduling team where your primary function will be to organise the field service engineering team, along with dealing with customer requests, enquires and complaints.

You will be responsible for:

Arranging for the installation (small works), maintenance and repair of customer equipment.
Coordinating our customer service experience; providing information on product and equipment.
Dealing with enquiries and referring to the appropriate person.
Ordering parts; via our stock controller.
Maintaining computerised information systems.
Perform administrative duties appropriate to the activity i.e. call logging and call closure, updating customer information etc.

You should have an excellent telephone manner as well as the ability to manage heavy workload and multitask.

Previous experience of coordinating engineers an advantage but not essential.

Ideally you must be a driver as location can be a problem if using public transport.
