Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Test Administrator

This is a Temporary, Full time role



The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, and hold the ability to work effectively and to a high standard on a variety of systems and tasks in a busy environment.

Data Analytical skills are desirable.

The role is an essential part of the Operations Directorate without which DVSA would be unable to accumulate funds from vehicle testing activities. The post holder will be responsible for:

* Processing all SAR and SR1 records in line with Service Level Agreements,
* Reconciling bookings and fees in Siebel,
* Refunding drawn down reservation fees
* Calculating and charging retained fees when appropriate
* Accurate test results capture into the vehicle data base
* Any pre-funded account discrepancies are dealt with or notified to the Team Leader
* Contact examiner regarding errors and correct on SAR during input process
* Deal with customer queries and issues
* Supporting the team leader in managing complex customer queries and issues.
* Working remotely from immediate supervision and support in 1 of the 13 Testing Hubs
* Updating SARs with all relevant details as per the stated guidance.

Training will be given to the right candidate.

In accordance with Security screening process the right candidate will provide full details of previous employment and educational history for the past 3 years.

Price / Salary: £7.65 - £10.84/hour
