The client is a national housing mobility scheme available to anyone willing to move nationwide or at least 100 miles outside your area including:
homeless households
applicants living in temporary accommodation

This company helps households who want or need to move to find a home that better matches their household size and personal and financial circumstances. Their staff provide Case Management services to engage directly with home seekers in order to broker the move.
As Case Manager you will gain substantial knowledge and experience in several of the following areas: Customer Relationship Management, Digital Marketing & Sales, Event & Project Management, Social Housing & Public Policy
PERSON SPECIFICATION
KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
1) High standard of English (ESSENTIAL)
2) Knowledge of Social Housing or experience of working in a social housing or employment agency, job centre or estate agency environment (DESIRABLE)
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
3) Ability to communicate with confidence and clarity across the entire range of communication channels (all forms of written communications, verbal, presentation, inter-personal) (ESSENTIAL)
4) Ability to persuade and motivate
5) Experience or ability to carry out telephone-based case management activity
6) Experience of Case Management work in housing or a related field (DESIRABLE)
7) MS OFFICE skills / experience (ESSENTIAL)
8) Experience of using web-based applications, systems and social media tools
9) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse and complex workload (ESSENTIAL)
10) Ability to update and maintain web-based CRM and other systems (ESSENTIAL)
The post holder will be required to attend evening and weekend meetings and to travel as the job demands.
The post holder will be expected to be flexible in relation to working hours and work according to time required to meet project deliverables.
