The Role
We have fantastic opportunities for a team of dedicated full-time Customer Service Advisors on our Product Replacement team to join our Coventry City Centre site, working on behalf of Domestic & General, the UKs leading specialist warranty provider. Domestic & General look after over 600 different types of electrical items for 16 million customers in 15 countries around the world. Putting brilliant service at the heart of what they do is why major brands throughout Europe now rely on Domestic & General to look after their valuable customers.
You will be answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to existing customers regarding the replacement of their household appliance. You will be arranging the replacement and delivery of their items, informing them of any extra charges and upselling any additional warranties and add-ons.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Great communicators & an excellent telephone manner
Enthusiastic, target driven with a flair for sales
Computer literate
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent written English, spelling and grammar skills
GCSE A* - C Required including English
Hours - 37.5 hours/week. (Operational hours: 8am-8pm, Mon-Sat)
Pay - £7.15 per hour or £7.50 (If aged 25 or above) + Attractive Monthly Commission Scheme + Corporate Benefits/Discounts
