Inorganic Chemistry Technician
Cheshire
3 Month Contract

We have a great opportunity for a Chemistry graduate to get their first role in industry or for an experienced Chemistry Technician open to contract work.

The appointed candidate will work in the Inorganic testing department providing assistance to Analysts. Other duties include:
- Performing sample preparation, extractions and if required a range of analytical tests in accordance with the relevant SOP.
- Ensuring that work areas and equipment being used are continuously maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Communicating any operational problems and issues that may affect quality or service delivery to the Team Leader.
- Using personal discretion in managing the work load within a given time period.
- Working in a manner which complies with the Health & Safety Policy of the company.
- To deliver services effectively a degree of flexibility is needed and the post holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above.

Candidates will have a degree or higher in Chemistry and excellent communication skills
