Search Consultancy has a fantastic opportunity for an Adults Social Worker to join a Hospital Team based within Worcestershire County Council. Joining a supportive, experienced team on a temporary contract initially for 3 months

Responsibilities of the role include:

* Assess and review adults and Older People within the hospital, in accordance with statutory guidelines
* To prioritise work to meet the demands of a busy hospital and avoid delays
* Practice experience of carrying out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Decisions
* Ability to respond to service pressures to avoid delays in transfers
* Need to have experience of co-coordinating multi-disciplinary discharge meetings
* Compiling CHC specialist assessments and attending MDT meetings

Due to the nature of the role, the manager has specified that any applicants to this role must be a qualified Social Worker with at least 1 years experience working within and Adults Hospital Team

This role is subject to HCPC, DBS and reference checks.

Search Consultancy operates a competitive referral scheme whereby we award £250 to any Qualified Social Worker who goes on to work at least 50 hours in a temporary position.
