Job Description
Business Development Manager
As a business development manager you will be required to work with our account managers and other key employees in order to grow existing sales, develop client relationships and secure new sales opportunities. Your ultimate goal is to maximise our revenues through business acumen and the development of client relationships.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Business development of existing and lapsed clients
New business sales leads
Monitor and report on department performance
Work with colleagues to ensure that targets and objectives met in a timely manner, ensuring individual and branch targets and objectives are met and over achieved
Provide Management Information Statistics from weekly figures
Involvement in continuous improvement activities
Arranging and attending meetings
Sourcing and attendance of networking events
Preparation of marketing calendar
Mailchimp marketing
Mapping of local business parks
Social media management
This is a permanent position based in Swindon. Salary would be negotiable dependent on experience, with uncapped commission. You will need to have previous, similar position, with a passionate, driven, self motivated approach to exceed targets. You will also need a full UK driving Licence for this role
