Customer Service/ Sales Order Processor -
Part time 4 hours per day - Monday to Thursday 1-5pm and Friday 11.30-3.30pm
Woking, Surrey
£10,600 + benefits and parking

MUST DRIVE

The primary function of the Sales Order Processor is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer enquiries, orders through to delivery. Duties include:

·Take incoming calls
·Assist with quotations
·Update client records
·Contacting active and lapsed customers
·Manage price and stock queries
·Create proof of delivery
·Manage new enquiries
·Processing orders, order confirmation and delivery to invoicing
·Progress orders in production and release
·Set up customer price book and customer records and maintain
·Review consignments
·Arrange courier shipments, Kanban/Faxban deliveries
·Organise collections and timed deliveries with warehouse
·Raise packing and export paperwork
·Ad-hoc administration including franking, sending parcels, mailing invoices, archiving

Experience:
·Previous customer service experience
·Strong administration skills
·Good telephone manner
