£20,000 Part-time pro rated salary applies

Our client, a highly successful company are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their Mobile Support team. If you are looking for a role in which you can use your exceptional customer care skills, then this is could be the role for you.

Customer Services Executive
We are looking for to fill a role within our growing Mobile Department based at our offices in Dummer just outside Basingstoke.
A busy, varied and multi-tasking role where attention to detail, a passion for providing inspiring customer service and the ability to prioritise is essential along with a positive minded can do approach.
The key aspects of the role is to support our existing mobile customers will all aspects of their mobile accounts from provisioning of a number, trouble shooting of a faulty device, analysing call data and put together renewal proposals.
The Mobile Department also assist with putting together all proposal for potential new customers, because of this you will work closely with the Sales Team.
Customer Services Executive
Excellent communications skills and the ability to adapt to each situation are a must as there will be plenty of telephone work, emails and liaising with colleagues.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated, loyal and looking to stay long term. Someone who is tenacious with an ability to think on their feet whilst under pressure and can work on their own initiative are all necessary in this customer focussed environment.
Customer Services Executive
Good Experience of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel essential.
