HSEQ MANAGER PERMANENT LEICESTER - £40K-£50K
My client is a world leader in marine position reference sensors and equipment based in Leicester. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a HSEQ Manager to join their highly motivated, dynamic team and are offering not only a competitive salary but a fantastic pension + benefits package.
Daily responsibilities include:
The maintenance and on-going development of the HSEQ system including all documentation is concise and meets regulations.
Maintain all quality accreditations such as ISO 9001 including scheduling period audits are scheduled.
Compiling and producing report and statistics on the company's performance, whilst recommending products and procedures to improve quality and reliability and aim to reduce costs.
Holding and maintaining the accident book and ensuring the company's legal duties under RIDDOR are complied with and carrying out all accident/incident investigations, including report writing and making recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
Provide consistence support to the operations team to ensure the delivery of quality, cost and delivery targets.

Due to the above the successful candidate must have previous experience in the below competencies:
NEBOSH or equivalent
A Quality Management Qualification
Further education in an engineer discipline
Proven experience in a safety & quality management role with man management experience
Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
