Our Gillingham based client are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative. Immediate interview and start available.
In this busy role that is both Telephone and Admin based you will focus on ensuring outstanding customer service your duties will include:
* Processing orders for allocated accounts, investigating and communicating shortages
* Process call data onto the CRM system with speed and accuracy
* Liaise with internal departments, field teams, manufacturers and external agencies to obtain information to resolve issues.
* Communicating effectively with external companies to track deliveries, obtain proof of delivery and arrange collection for returns to the warehouse.
* Recording and processing small repairs.
* Processing non-stock orders and raising credit notes.
* Evaluating and preparing insurance claims.
* Providing information on the anticipated arrival of stock into the warehouse
* Support reporting functions to ensure that both personal and team targets are met and exceeded
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
You will have:
* Experience of working within a customer orientated environment, ideally with experience of using a CRM system
* Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
* Be highly organised and able to work well under pressure
* Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
* Working knowledge of MSOffice packages
