Our client in North East London is looking for an experienced Assistant Team Manager or Team Managers to take their Assessment Team to the next level. This permanent role can be the stability you're looking for as this is also a great opportunity for a locum to move into permanent work. With their recent Ofsted report being Good and close to Outstanding, you could be at the top of the driving force pushing to get an Outstanding Ofsted rating next time round.
The ideal candidate would need to have at least two years post qualifying experience. Experience of working within a MASH/Referral/Assessment environment would be desirable but not essential. Someone with experience in Child Protection would also be taken into consideration. In return our client would offer you a safe working environment where you will receive excellent training and development. Through the modular training provided you have the opportunity to work towards a Masters Degree which would be funded by the Local Authority.
