Opportunity for a graduate to join a leading manufacturing company who has invested heavily in South Wales over the last ten years. Business is seeking a graduate to assist with recruitment and human resources administration. The company directly employ over 600 staff and several hundred sub-contractors in South Wales.
You will play a key supporting role in the management of recruitment and HR administration; duties will include: -
* Drafting of contracts and offer letters for new starters.
* Arranging medicals for new starters.
* Booking inductions with the learning and development team.
* Ensuring that all new starter paperwork is collected and that new starter files are set up.
* Issuing and ordering of personal protective equipment.
To be successful in the graduate HR administration position, you will have the following skills and experience:
* Degree in human resources, business, geography, history, English, politics etc
* Must be happy with the administration focussed nature of the position.
* Well organised with good administration skills.
* Strong IT skills.
In return, the graduate human resource administrator will receive a salary of £18,000 per annum.
