CARE TEAM MANAGER
FRINDSBURY, ROCHESTER
£11.29 PER HOUR (£23,483 PER ANNUM)
160 HOURS PER 4 WEEK ROTA

Ivy Recruitment is currently working with our client to recruit a Care Team Manager for a residential care home for adults with physical disabilities, specialising in the care of adults with Huntingtons Disease, acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions. The Care Team Manager will be based in Frindsbury, Rochester.

Salary
The salary for this role is £11.29 per hour (£23,483 per annum). Hours of work will be 160 per 4 week rota period and will require some flexibility for weekend working as necessary.
Annual leave entitlement is 6.5 weeks which includes an allowance for bank holidays.

Experience
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of an NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care and will have worked within a Deputy/Supervisory role previously and you will support and report into the Registered Manager.

The role
To take leadership within the home by sound organisation, good communication and relationships. Ensure the team maintains a high standard of care and individual person centred support for the residents encouraging them to achieve their potential and retain their individuality within a safe and friendly environment.
