SITE MANAGER - £230 A DAY - RESIDENTIAL - ENFIELD

Site Manager required for a fast paced residential site in Enfield, North London.

The project involves the new build of 6 x timber frame houses and 9 timber frame flats.

You will be number one on site. There will be large cranes up to 100 tons and you will be running the project from the beginning, coming out of the ground, right the way through to fit out and completion.

It's an agressive programme to the duration of 10-14 months.

This role requires someone to have at least 3 years timber frame resi experience.

You will need to be completely comfortable reading drawings.

The start date will be the first or second week of May.

Must have CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
