Our client based in Bicester, Oxfordshire is looking to add a warehouse operative to their growing team. Our client manufactures and dispatches hearing aids globally. You will be working within a busy warehouse environment and driving through the day-to-day orders in order to meet the operational needs of the business. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will be ensuring that targets are met by picking and packing accurately and promptly preparing items for dispatch.

Responsibilities
Allocating stock to the correct location
Picking, checking and packing customer orders
Meeting targets within certain time limits
Moving and recording stock deliveries
Stock taking when required
Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles
Computerised dispatch
General warehouse duties

Skills required
Experience of working within a busy warehouse environment is desired
Good written and verbal English as you will be liaising with people internally and externally
Competent with the use of Microsoft office
Previous experience with ERP systems is desired
Experience of using an RF Scanner is desired
The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
A positive attitude with an energetic approach
Good customer service

Additional information
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm
25 days holiday and bank holidays
The opportunity to progress with further training and responsibility
