Sugarman Health and Wellbeing have over 15 years experience in the health and social care industry. We are currently looking for support workers and health care assistants to work in a variety of different care settings, we supply into Residential homes, supported living schemes and care for people in their homes. Sugarman Health & Wellbeing support clients with learning disabilities, Autism, behavioural difficulties as well Elderly and Dementia clients.

Duties will include; supporting with all aspects of personal care, assisting with day to day living, escorting to appointments and into the community with daily activities, 1:1 support, report writing etc.

The ideal Candidate will process the following attributes;

* A minimum of 6 months experience
* Excellent teamwork skills
* Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
* Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
* Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments.
* Providing the highest standard of quality care of patients.
* Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
* To cover a variety of shifts/Flexible availability
