Due to an increase in projects and workload, a main contractor with a wealth of experience currently have a requirement for a Site Manager to join its team. Priding themselves in putting quality into everything they do, perfection and high specification is at the heart of all their projects. The company currently works on projects up to the value of £5m across a variety of sectors.

The Site Manager

The ideal Site Manager will come from a main contracting build background however my client will consider excellent candidates from a smaller regional contractor. They are looking for experienced, enthusiastic Managers who are wanting to drive the business forward in this very busy time.

The Key Requirements

* Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Manager
* Engineering Background
* relevant construction project experience
* West Midlands based or willing to relocate

The Money

* Upto £55,000 DOE
* Car or allowance
