At Team24 we are currently looking for a Theatre Practitioner Scrub.

Their Brentford based flagship hospital requires a Sister / Charge Nurse to join their team in the Minor Procedure Department. This is a 37.5 hours per week to cover Monday - Friday 8am-8pm and on Saturday 8am -5pm.

At the post holder will be required to:
*Lead the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.
*Lead the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.
*Develop own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical/technical knowledge / skill, and expertise.
*Communicate appropriately with others involved in the care of the patient.
*Act as an advocate for safeguarding patients, demonstrate courage to speak up when there are concerns about care.

The ideal candidate must be a RGN with a valid NMC Registration with evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically, managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration. You must have experience in acute nursing care and be aware of NMC Code of Accountability.
