I am currently recruiting for a Sales Advisor to work in Mansfield. This role is reporting to the Senior Sales Advisor!

Your role:

Customer Service: - Providing an excellent standard of customer service to meet the standards and objectives.
Sales: Contributing to the achievement of work based objectives meeting standards and sales targets!

Additional duties will include:

* Active and positive promotion of the company and its products and services (including products offered in association with various partners) to the customers and other external business contacts.
* Selling products and services (including products offered in association with various partners) to match customer needs.
* High quality administration and processing of customer accounts.
* Outbound calling external business contacts with products and initiatives when required.
* Assisting Intermediaries and other external contacts with telephone enquiries when required.
