Urgently need a strong Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a big Top Tier Main Contractor on a prestigious but tough £150m project in the West End!

I have a freelance opportunity for a strong Project / Senior QS to work on an iconic £150m project in the heart of the west end closing out final accounts and doing claims work for a Top Tier One Contractor. They are looking for the right candidate to interview and start immediately.

Role: Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: The role will be based in the West End of London

Salary: £350-£400 p/d for the right candidate

Duties: You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager on this project

Duties will include -

* Procurement
* Variations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings

Requirements: The ideal candidate will typically have at least 5 years experience working for a main contractor. Previous experience in final account / claims work is very beneficial.
