A Global Manufacturing Company, based near Horsham are currently recruiting for an Information Security Officer to allow full autonomy in directing and implementing an information security management system to minimize risk and ensure business continuity.

Do you have an extensive understanding of ISO27001 and have you developed an overall security strategy, complete with compliance frameworks, for a multinational in the past? If so, then you could be the Information Security Officer that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As an Information Security Officer, you will work closely with the IT Directorship to implement, maintain and promote information security policies and compliance in accordance with the business needs. You will be a proactive in introducing new security frameworks, display confidence when advising key stakeholders and provide information security awareness or training to the business.

What skills should you have?

* Significant experience evaluating disaster risk and formulating DRP's
* Proven track record of threat monitoring, ensuring the appropriate actions are defined and implemented in a timely manner.
* Strong Experience in IT Security frameworks (ISO, Cobit, HIPAA, SOX, NIST)As Information Security Officer, you will be working for an organisation that offer full autonomy and the opportunity to directly affect and implement information security policies within.
