Bar Manager Opportunity Within Leading Luxury Hotel Situated in The Cambridge Area

Our Client:

Our exclusive client is currently recruiting for their unique property, in the Cambridge area. No expense has been spared throughout this fantastic property and has been designed with the purpose of putting Cambridge back on the hotelier map.
We are seeking a true professional with excellent bar knowledge and a proven track record of managing busy, vibrant bars, within a medium to large hotel. Your role will be to recruit a full team prior to the beverage department opening, of which you will have the full support of the hotel owner and HR.

Salary & Benefits:

£30,000 per annum + £5,000 Tronc (approx)

The Individual:

Premium Bar experience from a 4/5 Star background.
Excellent drinks and cocktail knowledge
Great organisational skills
Opening experience advantageous
We are looking for an ambitious, driven individual with both strong
people management and a proven financial background.
Experience within managing a medium to large team.
