Platinum Recruitment's Regional Division is currently representing a Restaurant with rooms near Sidmouth and have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to join their team.

Client
Our Client is a high-end Restaurant with Rooms with and has an excellent reputation for sourcing high-quality, local ingredients. Most of the dishes on the menu are sourced from a 25 mile radius of the hotel. Previous experience in a Rosette environment is preferable.

Role
We are looking for a Sous Chef with the following qualities;
* A calm and organised Sous Chef who will motivate and lead the brigade as well as supporting the Head Chef.
* Provide structured and progressive training for all of the team.
* An experienced and well-trained catering professional, who understands that a kitchen with flawless food hygiene standards and organisational systems will produce better food, better chefs and better profits.
* A leader who can balance hitting financial and management targets with a passionate flair for food and teaching.
