Our client and another college in Egham formally merged on 9 May 2017 to create a larger College Group with strong financial health. Their mission is to inspire ambition and make a positive difference to lives through learning.
Their partnership brings together expertise from all areas of education: your job will be to make their differences work for all their learners.
Delivering high quality education and training to over 8,000 students and businesses each year they offer state of the art learning environments at their three main campuses.
Whilst based at one College you will work across all three sites in the desirable home counties of Surrey and Berkshire. As Director of Quality and Performance you will have an exciting and influential role, working directly to the Principal, in delivering the highest standards of education and training across their diverse provision - from Sixth Form to Apprenticeships and Higher Education.
Working with the principal, you will have operational responsibilities for quality improvement and assurance strategies and processes across all curriculum provision in the college group. In addition, you will line manage staff and have responsibility for E Learning and Teacher Training.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be a strong leader with a passion for learning and ambitions for all their students. You will have experience of implementing cross-college quality improvement and assurance systems, The ideal candidate will also have a teaching qualification and knowledge of relevant inspection regimes, including Ofsted and QAA.
