Resourcing Group are currently recruiting for a leading social housing maintenance contractor based in North London Zone 2. The role is for an experience Site Manager to manage fire risk works across multiple sites.

Successful candidates must have experience working with in social housing and manage fire risk work, this will include scaffold inspections, door replacements, working at heights, external refurbishment and understanding the H&S around this type of project.

The role will require you to have an in date CSCS card and SMSTS / SSSTS.

The position is long term contract role with a view to go perm for the right candidate, the role will pay £22 per hour on a LTD rate.
