The Call Centre Quality Advisor is responsible for reviewing and evaluating agent calls within our Milton Keynes based Call Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an analytical background, to join a stable and growing business that offers an excellent working environment.
The Call Centre Quality Advisor?will work to identify areas of service improvement and coaching whilst contributing to overall improvement of the customer experience. The successful Quality Advisor must ensure compliance standards are consistently maintained. Advisors will be expected to meet team goals, daily evaluation goals and maintain quality standards based on established metrics and benchmarks.
Responsibilities of the Call Centre Quality Advisor:

Evaluate recorded calls to identify areas of service delivery that did not meet performance standards
Provide timely feedback to Call Centre Agents
Provide timely coaching to agents in conjunction with Supervisor to ensure continuous improvement
Collaborate with Quality team to maintain quality standards and ensure proper evaluation methodology

Basic Qualifications/Experience required:

Minimum of 6 months of recent experience within an office environment
An analytical background or nature
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to give constructive feedback
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
Strong attention to detail

The Call Centre Quality Advisor role is a full time permanent opportunity paying ?18,000 per annum (plus bonus), working Monday to Friday with no weekends.
