Sheridan Maine is pleased to be working with an international award winning business who is currently recruiting for a Consolidations Accountant to join their European Finance Team on a temporary basis.

This globally recognised organisation is recruiting due to growth and requires a Part Qualified Accountant to assist with the preparation and reporting of the monthly results for the EMEA entities.

Responsibilities of this role include;

- Perform month end close and consolidate reports for EMEA region legal entities.
- Assist with preparation of EMEA statutory accounts.
- Ensure results are in accordance with US GAAP requirements.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Review and analyse country results.

This interested and varied role requires a Part Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA Accountant who has experience of working within a large international company dealing with multiple entities. US GAAP knowledge and strong Excel skills are essential as well the ability to work to tight deadlines.

The company are accessible by public transport and have free car parking onsite. This position may lead to a permanent contract for a suitable candidate.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
