BIM Coordinator | Plymouth, Devon | £27k - £35k + Company Car

My client, a national Main Contractor, are seeking to add an enthusiastic BIM Coordinator to their team in Plymouth. Working alongside a Senior Design Manager, BIM Manager as well as Design Managers and Coordinators, this is an excellent position for someone who is looking to further their career within the world of BIM.

Key responsibilities -

* Assist the BIM Manager and Design Managers with the production of BIM execution Plans (BEPs)
* Assist the BIM Manager through the collation of information to produce monthly and weekly reports
* Maintain monthly BIM status reports
* Assist with PQQ and bid responses regarding BIM related questions
* Maintain the BIMXtra platform across all projects
* Develop technical skills in Navisworks
* Liaise with external consultants to ensure project BIM is maintained as per the BEP

Required and desirable skills -

* Understanding of and passion for BIM
* Technical background within a construction discipline such as Architecture or Engineering
* Proficient with Microsoft office and a desire to learn additional softwares such as Revit, Navisworks and BIMXtra
* Ability to coordinate others
* Ability to manage own workload
* Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
