This is your chance to be Site Manager on a prestigious project in Surrey. You will be working for a Midlands based Main Contractor, and following this project, you will have the opportunity to transfer to a project in the Midlands.

* Have won 80% of their work up until 2019, they are very busy and securing specific projects across the Midlands and south west

Project:

* Their flagship project is their largest and most prestigious work they currently have - a £32million new build, architecturally unusual office development
* It is based in Surrey, which is unusual for this Midlands based Contractor. You will be required to lodge in Surrey for the remaining 12 months of the project, and following this will transfer to a Midlands based project
* This project consists of a complete concrete frame new build, with a complicated glass façade exterior
* The frame will be finished by the new year, and the project will move on accordingly
* It is currently working to programme, with no major changes or challenges arising
* There is a Senior Project Manager on the project (project lead), and there are several assistant site managers. This presents a gap, which requires a senior site manager to fill
* There are 12 months left on this project.
* This is a grade A opportunity to lead the flagship project of the best contractor in the Midlands
