I currently have multiple Child Protection & Children in Need vacancies available paying in excess of 30K per annum for a Qualified Social Worker (depending on experience). This is a far higher rate than any other Authority in the area, giving you a far greater financial edge to your competitors.

Managers have been capping rates for Social Workers to ensure a high quality of practice for the service users involved.
This is an authority where staff tend to stay long term, testament to the impact of lower caseloads and the development opportunities available to all within the service.

You will need:

* A background within Children's Services
* A full British drivers license
* HCPC registration
