Our prestigious client is currently recruiting for a Personal Holiday Advisor to join their growing team on a permanent part time basis.
You will be responsible for helping customers plan their dream holidays from luxury Caribbean beaches to African Safaris and much more.
Hours & days - 22.5 hours per week on a shift basis including evenings and weekends
Duties include but not limited to;
* Ability to thrive in negotiating & working in a target driven environment
* Excellent & immediately recognisable people skills, where relationships with others are built easily both internally & with customers.
* Strong communication & influencing skills especially with regard to the use of the telephone and the written word.
* Ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.
* Field based, face to face customer relationship building
* Driving new business through helping out with attention grabbing events and social media campaigns
* Full understanding of customers needs and making sure they get the real star treatment.
* Be pro-active and confident to investigate and resolve every question straight away
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a target driven sales environment, with an understanding of the long-haul product and the ability to deliver impressive levels of customer service.
Salary- £14'625 - £15000 depending on experience, pro rated.
* Commission structure in place.
