About the role
As a Sales Manager, youll be highly motivated, inspirational and motivated to create an effective sales strategy to optimise sales and increase revenue.
Our client is AIMIA and they own and manage the largest loyalty programme in the UK, Nectar. Customers are at the heart of everything they do, say and think.
You will use your energetic and infectious enthusiasm to build, lead, develop and motivate a dialler sales team who are focused and driven to consistently exceed personal and company goals.
You will work closely with colleagues in other teams, including HR, Learning & Development, Client Services, Work Force Management and Quality/Compliance, to optimise operational delivery and ensure performance targets are met. Youll encourage feedback from your team, dealing with any issues affecting their performance, and bringing ideas to maintain employee engagement.
In short, youll make sure that everyone has everything they need to do a great job and be a real ambassador for Teleperformance, living our values, encouraging best practice, and supporting us to improve procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Significant leadership experience successfully managing a sales team within a B2B environment
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Fully embrace and implement our TOPS process (Teleperformance Operational Performance Standards)
Previous experience of working with clients at a senior level, you should be able to build strong rapports with both customers and colleagues
The ability to communicate client requirements to your team, with a clear, positive and customer-focused message.
A good understanding of call centre operations
Ability to drive high performance against all key targets in your area of accountability, highlighting performance variances/trends, and immediately developing strategies and/or coaching plans to rectify.
Capability to create business critical reports on time and ensure this includes meaningful and relevant information and commentary (financial, KPI performance, client sentiment)
Build relationships and work closely with your team and key stakeholders to achieve optimum performance and engagement levels at all times, developing and implementing strategic initiatives across the site with their support.
Create a high performing and engaged culture, ensuring that the team members consistently display the right attitudes, behaviours and capabilities.
Adaptive and can effectively implement change, whilst being capable of managing any resistance to change in an articulate, positive and engaging manner
