Head of Policy, Marketing and Communications

We are recruiting for Head of Policy, Marketing and Communications in the Wolverhampton area. Our Client is a well-established Company.

As Head of Policy, Marketing and Communications you will need to have/be:

·Professional business qualification in Marketing and/or Management or relevant senior experience in a successful policy or marketing role
·Experience of developing and implementing strategies and plans
·Ability to run effective marketing and communication campaigns
·Ability to handle the media effectively
·Good communication and writing skills
·Influencing and negotiation skills

Details:

·Salary: Up to £48,000.00 per annum depending on experience
·Working Hours: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday
·Location: Wolverhampton
·Duration: Permanent

Role of Head of Policy, Marketing and Communications:

·Develop and implement a communications and marketing strategy designed to generate new business as well as promoting other key services
·Represent the company in the media through research, speech writing, etc
·Manage all brands to create a positive profile and ensure core brand values and imagery are consistently communicated
·Devise a web and digital strategy which drives growth and ensures all information channels are up to date and accurate
·Direct a programme of research to inform the strategic policy focus for the company
·Speak at and attend events for a wide range of partners in order to influence and contribute to policy issues
·Work within governance structures to deliver a strong policy led agenda
·Develop influencing materials including reports, papers and updates
·Plan and manage budgets and ensure all activity is delivered within budget
·Lead and develop the Policy and Communications team providing mentoring and guidance
