Project Manager- Apartment/ Student Accommodation - Gloucestershire

My client operate from the Greater midlands area, focusing on Apartments, housing and student accommodation sectors with projects ranging from £10m up to £25m.

The business pride themselves on having a strong family ethos where everyone gets involved and helps them reach their goals to become one of the Main Contractors in the Midlands. They have a very low turnover of staff which is predominantly down to how they operate and how they are treated as people.

Currently turning over circa £35m with the scope to increase this considerably with the amount of work that they have secured.

Job Description/Requirements

My client are in the market for a Project Manager to be the number one on site reporting directly into the Construction Director.

The project is currently on site.

Person Specification

My client are looking for a Project Manager with Main/ Regional Contracting experience managing projects up to £15m. They are looking to get someone in who has the ambition to progress into the role of Contracts Manager in due course.

Price / Salary: £55 - £65/annum
