You will be working within the Asset Management and Technical Services Team the successful applicant will is responsible to the Planned Preventative Maintenance Manager to:
Raise Work Orders for Planned Preventative Maintenance Remedial works through the CAFM system and track and coordinate these work orders from assign status to the close out of the work order.
Manage and coordinate the delivery and receipt of information relating to Planned Preventative Maintenance Remedial works including Statutory Inspection remedial works.
Provide administrative support including document control through the Management Information System
Regular reporting in agreed format in a timely manner, to internal/external customers and also to the Supply Chain.
Identify and make recommendations for additional systems and processes, that will enhance the customer experience whilst meeting the customers requirements
Develop and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally with customer and client at all levels of management. Ensuring client satisfaction with agreed outcomes and best practice methodology
Ensure that their line manager is regularly updated with the statuses of Planned Preventative Remedial Works, Statutory Inspection Remedial works and other legislative work orders that are delivered by the Supply Chain.
Ensure full audit trail in place to satisfy internal and external auditors
Assist with Asset Management tasks, Planned Preventative scheduling/programming and project work as directed by senior management
Ensure contractual obligations are delivered and sustained
Carry out any other duties commensurate with the role as directed, including carrying out the roles of Planned Preventative Maintenance Coordinator when required.
Ideal candidate will have:
Understanding of Planned Preventative Maintenance and/or Facilities Management
Experience of working in a secure environment
Knowledge of CAFM systems (Maximo, Concept Evolution and Share point)
Experience of working client side with a diverse supply chain
Experience of providing information as part of Technical Audits
