Our client, a successful and well respected financial services organisation, are currently recruiting for 2 Business Development Advisers to join their expanding Mortgage Team. The role is based in their office in Cambridge and will be primarily liaising with intermediaries and customers over the telephone.

Responsibilities:

- Providing Intermediaries and Customers with outstanding telephone support
- Building and managing relationships
- Adhering to KYC and TCF
- Acting as a liaison point between the Intermediary and other Departments to guarantee the smooth progress of cases
- Supporting the Business Development Managers with gaining quality business from our Intermediaries
- Effective fact finding in order to give accurate guidance to our Intermediaries in support of their customers
- Taking every opportunity to sell the benefits of the company in order to attract more business
- Chasing DIPs to encourage submission of mortgage applications
- Proactive appointment booking for BDMs

Skills and experience required:

- Experience working within the mortgage industry
- Personable with the ability to quickly establish rapport with many differing personality types
- Strong administration skills
- CeMap would be extremely beneficial
- Strong communicator especially using telephone
- Mortgage related experience
- Positive outlook, and a Team player

Price / Salary: £20000 - £22000/annum
