Job Role: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Clevedon, Somerset

Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday (37.5 hour week)

Sector: Mechanical / Fitting / Assembly / Manufacturing / Production / Engineering

My Client, a manufacturer of bespoke machinery is looking to recruit a number of mechanical Assemblers to join their team on a long-term contract basis, to help the business with their upcoming projects.

Skills Required:

* Mechanical Sub-Assembly.
* Use of hand tools - spanners, wrenches, screwdrivers etc.
* The ability to work from mechanical engineering drawings / diagrams.
* Basic industrial plumbing / pipe work (beneficial).
* Basic electrical assembly (beneficial).

The successful candidate will:

* Preferably be apprenticed / time served and will have worked within a busy cell
manufacturing / production environment previously.
* Be expected to work both on their own and / or as part of a cell / team.
* Be enthusiastic and willing to work to high quality standards.
* Be neat and methodical in their work.
