A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Sales Negotiator to join Swansea's leading independent estate agency based in our Morriston Branch.

We represent 8 prominent sales branches in the city centre, at Morriston, Mumbles, Sketty, Killay, Swansea Marina, Gorseinon and Llanelli, and in addition, there are 5 dedicated and award winning Residential Letting offices also in the city centre, at Mumbles, Morriston, Llanelli town centre and Swansea Marina, with further outlets at Killay, Sketty and Gorseinon.

Dawsons have a Survey, Valuation and Professional Services Team, encompassing all types of valuation work and commercial sales. Highly successful Auction dept' We boast Swanseas only dedicated Land and New Homes Department, operating from Swanseas prestigious Meridian Quay. Supporting the above, we provide the areas only Fine and Country Department offering luxury properties for sale within the Swansea and the surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities:

- Maintain and develop client and prospect data base.
- Accompanying buyers around properties.
- Marketing and promoting properties for sale.
- Measure up and photograph properties for sale.
- Helping and advising buyers to decide what they want to buy.
- Representing sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers.
- Keep up to date with local trends in housing market.
- Carry out competitor analysis.
- Carry out sales progression, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and estate agents.

The individual:

- Must possess a real passion and hunger for property sales, driven and energetic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent mixture of negotiation, marketing and sales skills.
- Competent time management
- Prospect and promote all business opportunities under the Dawsons umbrella.
- Professional, smart appearance.
- Valid driving licence essential.
